What the same application costs elsewhere
At the end there is the same official form at the same authority, three times over. The difference lies in the effort, in the certainty and in the price.
We are the middle route. The structure and the language of a law firm, without their fee.
The law-firm range is a classification; in an individual case it is higher. A law firm is right where an appeal, discretion under § 8 StAG or previous convictions are involved. That is expressly not what we do. The authority fee under § 38 StAG is payable separately to the authority on all three routes.

§ 10 (1) StAG additionally requires the commitment to the free democratic basic order (no. 1), the commitment to Germany's special historical responsibility (no. 1a) and legal capacity under § 34 StAG. You declare these three points in the application itself — the check does not ask about them.
