Declaration of commitment to the free democratic basic order*
§ 10 (1) No. 1 StAG · Mandatory declaration
I declare my commitment to the free democratic basic order of the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany and declare that I will not undertake or support anything directed against it. I declare in particular that no people may be discriminated against or favored on account of their race, language, faith, political opinions or origin. I condemn every form of antisemitism.
Loyalty declaration*
§ 16 (2) StAG · Mandatory declaration
I declare that I have not pursued or supported any anti-constitutional endeavors and that I have not maintained any connections to terrorist organizations or extremist groups.
Declaration of commitment to the guarantee of human dignity (§ 10 (1) sentence 2 StAG)*
I declare that antisemitic, racist or other actions motivated by contempt for humanity are incompatible with the guarantee of human dignity of the Basic Law and violate the free democratic basic order. I have not committed such actions and will not commit them.
