Information retrieval — I consent to the authority obtaining information from other authorities (criminal records, immigration office, residents' registration office, social benefit providers) insofar as this is necessary for processing the application. Accuracy of statements — I confirm that my statements are complete and truthful and that I will report any changes without delay. Fee obligation — I acknowledge that naturalization is subject to a fee (authority fee under § 38 StAG: 255 € per adult, 51 € per child included in the application, payable directly to the naturalization authority) and that a processing fee applies in the event of rejection. Data sharing — I consent to the authority sharing my data for processing the application with other involved bodies (Federal Office of Administration, State Ministry of the Interior, social welfare office) insofar as this is necessary for naturalisation. File inspection — I acknowledge that the authority may inspect my file under § 29 VwVfG and that, upon request, I may myself inspect the official files concerning me.
